Remote Emergency Meeting Scheduling Device
A cybersecurity startup approached us with a bold idea. They wanted to give their clients a physical emergency button that, when pressed, would immediately trigger a secure video call with their internal response team without needing to touch a phone or open a laptop. In just two weeks, we delivered a fully functional MVP that was working and presentation-ready. The prototype helped the startup move forward confidently in a key client meeting and proved the concept was both technically sound and commercially viable. The Project is now open source and can be found on GitHub.
Glow Case Selfie Flash Phone Case
This phone case, called "Glow Case", started as an idea from a visionary entrepreneur. He wanted to design a case that does more than protect. With a simple twist of a knob, your phone transforms into a bright LED light, perfect for front-facing video shoots and images. Stylish, functional, and built for creators who need their content to shine anytime, anywhere. The product is launching on Kickstarter. Feel free to support it using the link below.
Plastic Bottle Filament Recycling Machine
The PET Bottle Filament Making Machine is a compact recycling system designed to transform discarded plastic bottles into high-quality 3D printing filament. It works by cutting plastic bottles into strips, feeding them through a heated extrusion module, and carefully spooling the resulting filament with precise control over temperature, speed, and diameter. Developed as a client project for a STEM institution, the machine demonstrates sustainable engineering practices and practical recycling applications. We are also working on making the design files and documentation available for anyone interested in building or learning from this project.
Carely - AI Powered Health Care Assistant
Carely is an AI-powered healthcare assistant built on a Raspberry Pi with a custom designed enclosure that combines computer vision, biomedical sensors, health monitoring, and empathetic voice interaction in a portable, modular design. It continuously tracks vital signs, detects patient emotions, and connects with caregivers or family through alerts and video calls. The prototype aims to demonstrate how AI can enhance patient well-being and reduce caregiver workload, with plans to seek investment and further development through the Stars of Science program.
AIRBUS A350 Educational Model
A STEM-focused educational institute asked us to help with a robotics and coding seminar at the 2024 Bahrain International Airshow in partnership with AIRBUS. They wanted a hands-on project where students could build and program a realistic model of an Airbus A350 that moves along a simulated taxiway using Lego-style controllers. The model had to fit their existing hardware, be easy to assemble and take apart for transport, and they needed 10 large models ready quickly for the seminar. The models were delivered on time and became a standout feature of the show. A video on how we built this is shown below:
AI Voice Controlled and Semi-Autonomous Robot
This project is an AI-powered mobile robot capable of both voice-controlled operation and semi-autonomous navigation using the Robot Operating System (ROS). The robot can be controlled via a custom Bluetooth app that interprets natural voice commands, or it can navigate autonomously using a LiDAR sensor and ROS to map its environment and avoid obstacles. It integrates Arduino and Raspberry Pi systems, serving as a versatile platform for learning and demonstrating intelligent robotics applications.
Drone Payload Dropper
A client approached us with a creative request: they wanted to use a drone to drop confetti during a wedding event. However, the drone they had did not support payload release, and they needed a custom solution that was lightweight, reliable, and discreet. We were successfully able to design an attachment where users control the dropper with a custom handheld remote that works up to 1 km away. The whole system is lightweight to keep the drone stable and run efficiently. A video on how we built this is shown below
Luxury Eyeglasses Display Stand
A high-end eyewear boutique representing luxury brands like Cartier approached us with a unique challenge. The store manager wanted to showcase their premium glasses without allowing clients to physically handle them, minimizing risks of scratches or damage. We designed and developed an elegant rotating display stand which features an elevated holder with a mirror finish to beautifully showcase each pair, complemented by embedded LED lighting beneath to enhance visibility and luxury appeal. To support a touch-free retail experience, we developed a mobile app that allowed staff to remotely rotate a display table, giving customers a full 360° view of the eyewear.
